In today's environment, you don't find the personal service, the kindness and the willingness to help even when you are willing to pay. "Great room and overall facilities. However, the quality of service was erratic and unpredictable. The check-in and check-out personnel can only be described as indifferent. Quality hotels need quality people. This hotel lacked quality people to serve the customer."
