Five Star Alliance Client Reviews - Mauna Lani Bay Hotel and Bungalows
Jon K., Los Angeles, CA . June, 2007
"Loved the hotel! We were greeted with leis and treated like celebrities. The staff was very attentive and eager to please. Our room was fantastic. We had a garden room with a beautiful partial ocean view. Could not have asked for a better room. We sat outside and enjoyed the sunsets. The pool was excellent and so were the drinks. Overall our stay at the Mauna Lai was an excellent experience. We will be back and bring friends. The Mauna Lani is Hawaii at its best. Aloha for now, we will be back!"
Anne & Doug, Cary, NC. February, 2006
"We loved it. It was just what we were looking for. Hotel service was great. We got delayed in L.A. on our trip over and arrived a day late. They were extremely helpful on working with us on this change. Nice to receive Champagne and a beautiful fruit basket in our room upon arrival. It was our 35th wedding anniversary. We really enjoyed the Breakfast Buffet, sitting outside with a view of the gardens, water, and birds all around. Great food too! "
