Many Of The Beautifully Appointed Rooms Have Antique Furniture And Paintings. All Have Satellite TV And Direct-dial Telephones. There Are 2 Restaurants- The Conservatory Serving Breakfast, lunch-outside In Summer-And Dinner. The Invery Room Serves Dinner Only. Our Chefs Specialize In Grampian Produce, Aberdeen Angus Beef, Game, Fish, And Shellfish From Local Rivers And Ports. The Wine Cellar Holds Over 400 Wines And The Drawing Room Bar Is Stocked With More Than 100 Malt Whiskies. Golf, Salmon Fishing, stalking And Grouse Or Pheasant Shooting Can All Be Arranged.
