The swimming-pool is on a wide lawn with beautiful views over the hills below. There is a shared tennis court on the estate. The house has satellite TV, DVD, HiFi syste, and one of the rooms has facilities for disabled guests. The maid who will take care of the villa is also an excellent cook and, on request, she is happy to cook local dishes for clients for an extra charge. Fattoria Mansi Bernardini office, on the estate, with english speaking staff, is at guests disposal for assistance. DISTANCES: Segromigno Monte (nearest shops/PO) is 2kms, Capannori (motorway exit) is 10kms, Lucca is 12kms, Pisa Airport is 37kms, Florence is 60kms and Forte dei Marmi (beaches) is 45kms.
