Situated in a tranquil, residential neighbourhood, the mid-rise brick building is composed of separate East and West wings, connected by a glass-enclosed garden walkway. Also, the hotel offers over 13,400 square feet (1,245 square metres) of meeting and banquet space in nine banquet rooms and two private dining rooms. This includes the elegant Ballroom which is perfect for a wedding or gala, parties or conferences. The terrace, which overlooks the C&O Canal, can be used throughout most of the year.

Children under 18 can be accommodated at no additional charge in their parents room or suite in a crib or rollaway, available upon request. No-smoking rooms are also available.
