Nolinski Venezia

Venezia, Italy

Opening July 1, 2023 with 30 rooms and 13 suites the hotel is both classic and modern featuring an Ottoman-inspired spa, plunge pool with 360 degree views of the city, plus a restaurant, all-day cafe, cocktail bar, and library from a Michelin-starred chef.
Nolinski Venezia
A few canals over from the Piazza San Marco and La Fenice opera house stands the Nolinski Venezia, a 5 star hotel. Its majestic façade, adorned with mythical creatures, the daughters of Poseidon, reminds us of the potency that La Serenissima draws from its waters. Here we enter Venetian history through the doors of the old Stock Exchange. Art Nouveau, Stile Liberty and Modernism are brought together in well-proportioned harmony, enhanced by the work of interior designers Le Coadic Scotto.

Over five floors, art and noble materials reign supreme: stucco marbro and marmorino contrast with mango wood joinery and paneling, while classical and contemporary works of art indulge the eye in even the most tucked away corners of the hotel. In tune with the city, the 43 rooms, including 13 suites, each unique in design, offer a haven of peace and the promise of a unique and timeless stay.

In the auditorium that houses the Palais Royal Restaurant and Il Caffè and its courtyard, each corner and detail embodies an exceptional sense of hospitality. Both menus are signed by the Palais Royal’s double Michelin-starred chef Philip Chronopoulos.

On the third floor, the Nolinski Spa by La Colline offers a sensory moment outside time, against the backdrop of an elegant, Ottoman-inspired decor. Each unique, cutting-edge treatment is an invitation to experience Swiss Bliss: a sensuous journey into the heart of the Swiss Alps’ outstanding natural beauty.

On the third floor, the lobby’s colonnaded view extends into the bar. As intimate as the reception area is lavish, the bar inspires the sharing of secrets from morning to night, or the kind of reading where you lose yourself completely in a book, or studious concentration. The wood, books, and piano envelop guests in their hospitable warmth. Everything is designed to make one feel entirely welcome and free of cares.

The entrance of Il Caffee leads to the indoor courtyard of the Hotel, where the terrace and grounds of Il Caffè welcome passers-by and hotel and residents of the hotel, in search of a haven of peace. For here the clamor of the street ends of the street and begins the voluptuous calm of a green patio animated by the flow of a fountain. Inspired by the Androne, the ground floor hall of Venetian palaces dedicated to business and storage, Il Caffè takes all the codes with modernity: stone floors, coffered ceilings, ancient bricks, and white walls in contrast with the warm colors of the velvet and decorations and decorations. Il caffee is open all day, either for a drink or for lunch. Il Caffè's menu: a mastered daily cuisine, inspired by the Mediterranean with 100% local Italian products. We find a lot of crudo (marinated raw fish and meat), pinsa romana, cicchetti, absolutely delicious pizzettes, pasta alla genovese with a real basil cream. Philippe Chronopoulos, a 2 michelin stars chef, will be in charge of the Il caffee menu as well as the hotel's gastronomic restaurant.

On the top floor of the hotel, the pool crowns the hotel which dominates the city by its height. Unique and exceptional in Venice, the pool offers a 360° view of the roofs and the Venetian skies. The space magically combines the mattness of concrete with the shine of gold. The pool is dressed in a golden mosaic. Watery and luminescent reflections compete with the ochre of the city for a moment of contemplation and calm that only the Venetian spirit can offer.
