In the lobby, guests are greeted by thirty-foot-high vaulted and guilded ceilings, crystal chandeliers, fluted columns and Louis XVI style furniture imported from Sedital, Italy. Hotel Le Soleil differentiates itself with a unique mixture of stylish sophistication and old world elegance. The decor is sumptuously appointed with artwork, furniture and fabric hand picked from the finest local and European artisans. From the satin covered sofas to the sprawling Italian marble, it's clear that no expense was spared to create an ambiance that whisks guests back to another era.

Meaning "The Sun" in French, Le Soleil is aptly named, as each guest's reception is warm, friendly and completely unpretentious. Le Soleil's knowledgeable and discrete concierge can arrange for everything from butler and shopping assistance, to private trainer and masseuse. And no matter what each guest's preferences, (pillow type, room color, beverage preference, room temperature settings), each is duly noted and preset on subsequent visits. Furniture pieces in all the rooms are custom-designed in the "Biedermeier" style with a rich, maple finish. Bedrooms are lavishly appointed with silk brocade coverlets, feather pillows, down duvets and plush combed cotton bed sheets. Bathrooms are extensively tiled in the finest marble and come with an impressive complement of Aveda Body Care products.

From Seattle The Hotel Is A 2 1/2 Hour Drive Or About 150 Miles. A Short Driving Distance To Stanley Park Aquarium, Granville Island, GM Place, BC Place, And Yaletown. Only One Block Away From Public Transportation.

Directions from Vancouver Airport- Take Grant Mcconachie Highway out of Airport. Over Arthur Laing Bridge, take Downtown Vancouver Via Granville Street Exit. Follow Granville Street to City Center. On Granville Street Bridge, take Seymour Street exit. Take a left on Dunsmuir. Go right on Hornby. Hotel is located on the left hand side after turn.
