"The service, room and food was excellent, achieved the 4 seasons quality, but what surpassed the expectations was the detail knowledge and efficiency of the Concierge who elaborated to us besides several restaurants bookings, a super detail plan step by step, hour by hour, reservation after reservation during our trip to Victoria island from a simple car and city tour to a helicopter return trip followed by a delighted dinner table back in Vancouver. Leave the airport and follow Grant McConachie Way (this leads onto the Arthur Laing Bridge and eventually into Granville Street) Continue north along Granville Street and cross the Granville Street Bridge Stay in the right lane and take the Seymour Street exit After eight blocks turn left onto Dunsmuir Street After two blocks turn left onto Howe Street The Hotel is immediately on the left just past the shopping centre
