Kessler Canyon’s Guesthouse includes six private rooms, each with original artwork, hand-crafted juniper furniture and amazing mountain and stream views. The Homestead features nine private rooms which can accommodate up to 18 guests, along with a spacious wrap-around porch and outdoor fireplace overlooking the lake and apple orchard. Located 45 minutes east of Grand Junction and two hours west of several ski resorts, Kessler Canyon offers a retreat from daily life in a spectacular mountain setting.
Directions to Hotel
Located 52 miles from Grand Junction Regional Airport. Driving directions: Take I-70 North to Exit #62, towards DeBeque (From Grand Junction - exit to the left; From Denver/Rife - exit to the right). Cross the Colorado River. Proceed past DeBeque. Travel approximately 17 miles (This road is called 45 Rd/CR 204/Roan Creek Drainage). Approximately 15 miles from I-70, Clear Creek Drainage and the Cowboy Chapel will be on the right. You are about 5 miles from your destination. When you drive around a hairpin turn, a jack rail fence will be to the right and our entrance, also known as Brush Creek & County Road 209. The entrance to Kessler Canyon is marked with stone and iron pillars. Turn right onto Brush Creek/CR 209. Continue approximately 4 miles. After you pass Buckhorn Lake on the left, the road will split. Please proceed to the left (down the hill), and this will bring you to the Orchard Lake guest facilities. Proceed through the red gates on the far side of the apple orchard and lake. The Homestead and office is directly to your left, and the guest house is to your right.
