Other on-site meeting facilities include the Salon for up to 45 attendees and the Library for 30.

De la Tierra Restaurant: Equal parts stunning architecture, dazzling interior design, impeccable service and world-class cuisine is the award-winning De la Tierra restaurant at El Monte Sagrado. Serving cutting-edge regional and seasonal American dishes from a diverse menu and some of the finest wines the world has to offer, De la Tierra has been named one of the world's best new restaurants by Conde Naste Traveler Magazine (2004). The Anaconda Bar features a giant anaconda sculpture that snakes its way across the ceiling and a dramatic 1,100 gallon
salt-water aquarium. Despite its visual lavishness, the bar is really a casual
gathering place to enjoy a signature margarita or some tasty tapas. Live entertainment
is provided Monday through Saturday and at brunch on Sunday. The Gardens: A casual
dining room adjacent to the Anaconda Bar. It serves an imaginative menu and is perfect for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The unique lush indoor garden atmosphere (complete with running water features throughout) is the perfect setting for a meal that is as memorable as it is delicious.
Child Programs
Children 12 and under stay free when sharing parents' room. Babysitting and children's activities available on request through the concierge desk.

The Living Spa at El Monte Sagrado is a serene experience for both body and mind. Spa and Programs Director Amy McDonald has infused the spa's menu with services that stimulate personal transformation as well as treatments that rejuvenate the skin and soothe the soul, including massages, body treatments, facials, wraps and scrubs. "Sacred Time" restorative treatments such as High Desert Body Polish, Myofascial Release and Deep Sea Oxygen Facial reawaken your skin's vital forces. Unique "Special Offerings" such as Sound and Vibrational Therapy, Intuitive Touch and Egyptian Anointing may transport you to a deeper place within. Purifying treatments such as acupuncture, Reiki, Shirodhara, Rapid Eye Technology, and group and one-on-one yoga and fitness classes are also available as well as manicures, pedicures, waxing and make-up applications. ***With a roof that opens wide upon the crystal-clear mountain sky, The Living Spa displays a seamless integration with nature enhanced by warm light and fresh air and an abundance of fragrant flowers and plants. Water is everywhere at The Living Spa. The space includes four treatment rooms, two manicure and two pedicure rooms. Lush robes and comfortable footwear are provided for all spa guests. Depending upon the treatment, The Living Spa uses natural and organic products, some wild-crafted from indigenous plants and flowers.

Theatre & Museums
An exotic blend of indigenous Native Americans, Spanish and English speaking
settlers and artists from all over the world have made Taos one of the world's unique
destinations. Historic sites are around every corner. Taos Pueblo, an ancient living Indian village, has stood unchanged for centuries. The historic Taos Plaza is home to many old adobe buildings that now house shops, galleries and museums. In addition, Taos is an art mecca- one of the oldest art colonies in the United States. There are numerous galleries and museums to explore.
Recommended Rooms
There are 18 Native American-themed junior suites, while the remaining guest rooms run a gamut of cultural themes, including Caribbean, Balinese, Chinese, Egyptian, Mayan- even Texan. Accoutrements include pueblo-style gas fireplaces, private patios and courtyard hot tubs. Bathrooms are roomy, geared for comfort, and individually designed. Nearly all shower heads are large and vigorous. Highlights include a bamboo shower in the Caribbean suite; a stone-crafted sink in the Tribal
suite; and a soaking tub for two in the Kama Sutra suite. For an even more private and
personal experience, El Monte Sagrado also offers 12 landmark guest homes and casitas,
located throughout the village of Taos. The one- and two-bedroom casitas feature private kitchens and courtyards as well as all the luxurious comforts of home.
