The Williams Building, a turn of the century historical structure currently being rehabilitated and incorporated into the design ofthe hotel, will be home to a five-star restaurant and a 13,700-square foot luxury spa. 200 guest rooms will reflect a contemporary style with plasma screens and state-of-the-art electronics. For an added level of luxury, our 60 suites will range in size from 700 to over 3,500 square feet. A total of 15,000 square feet of indoor meeting space and two terraces with over 7,000 square feet will be available for meetings and social events. Meeting space will range from a 4,600-square foot ballroom to a state-of-the-art boardroom. Our hotel will also be home to the long anticipated Museum of the African Diaspora.
