Serving as the crown jewel of the Yerba Buena area, the St. Regis Hotel, San Francisco will establish an unparalleled new dimension of downtown urban living. Situated in the heart of the city's cultural corridor, we are steps away from the shopping and financial districts, The San Francisco Museum of Modern Art, Yerba Buena Gardens, The Center of the Arts, Sony Metreon, and Moscone Center. The Williams Building, a turn of the century historical structure currently being rehabilitated and incorporated into the design ofthe hotel, will be home to a five-star restaurant and a 13,700-square foot luxury spa. 200 guest rooms will reflect a contemporary style with plasma screens and state-of-the-art electronics. For an added level of luxury, our 60 suites will range in size from 700 to over 3,500 square feet. A total of 15,000 square feet of indoor meeting space and two terraces with over 7,000 square feet will be available for meetings and social events. Meeting space will range from a 4,600-square foot ballroom to a state-of-the-art boardroom. Our hotel will also be home to the long anticipated Museum of the African Diaspora. The dramatic three-story, 20,000-square foot museum, with its own entrance on Mission Street, will forge new ground in tracing the history of the African Diaspora, marrying ancient oral storytelling with cutting-edge technology.
