"This was my second stay and equally as good. Rooms are very clean and nice and the beds are extremely comfortable. The location on Pacific Beach Boardwalk is perfect. The restaurant is good but the wait staff needs more training for a facility of this class. Food was excellent and well prepared. Hotel staff is responsive and attentive and always pleasant and helpful. I have not stayed in an ocean front room but would consider doing so in the future. I would recommend this Hotel for anyone wanting to stay on the Boardwalk."

TOWER23's rooms are divided into three room types - Spirit, Sky, and Surf Pads and two distinctive suite categories: Sanctuary and Sweet suites. Sweet Suites can turn into a two-bedroom suite by adding a connecting Surf Pad.

Jordan's private dining room is a dramatic extension of the restaurant, offering guests the choice of privacy or joining in the energy of the main dining room. The private dining room holds up to 50 guests seated banquet style and up to 150 for a cocktail reception.

At the first stop light make a Left onto Grand Avenue. Follow Grand Avenue approximately 2.5 miles until you reach Mission Blvd. Make a Right onto Mission Blvd. and follow North 3 blocks to Felspar Street. Make a Left onto Felspar Street and the hotel will be on your left side. Follow signs to the Valet parking entrance. From The Los Angeles Area - Take I-5 South to Exit number 23 which is the Balboa/Garnet exit. At the end of the exit ramp continue straight to the third stop light and make a Right onto Garnet Avenue. (There will be a Mobil station on your right side). Follow Garnet Avenue approximately 2.5 miles to Mission Blvd. Make a Right onto Mission Blvd. and follow North for 1 block to Felspar Street.
