Located in the downtown San Diego's "Gaslamp" area, Solamar is the perfect hotel for the traveler that requires uniqueness of product and vibrancy of decor but demands a location close to all. Located one block from the new Petco Park (home of the Padres) and three blocks from the San Diego Convention center, Hotel Solamar is a perfect choice for both the business and leisure traveler. The 235 rooms feature 2-two line phones with data-ports, an oversized working desk with ergonomic mesh swivel chairs, a large "club" style chair and ottoman, flat-Screen Televisions connected to a DVD/CD player.
