The Plantation Room measures 1,848 square feet, accommodating 212 people in theatre-style seating, 120 people in banquet/plated style seating, or 90 people classroom style seating. The space can be divided into two rooms- the Blue Mountain Room and The Cascade Falls Room.

The resort offers an impressively equipped, air conditioned Fitness Center, complete with treadmills, elliptical machines, stationery bikes, body-balls, mats, extensive weight equipment, Cable televisions, cold water and chilled towels for after workout cool downs.

If golf is your driving passion, enjoy the privilege of complimentary private play at the resort's Upton Golf & Country Club. The 18-hole championship golf course is considered the island's most elite and picturesque. Nestled in the lush rolling countryside at a cool 700 feet above sea level, it offers challenges to players of every level. PGA instruction is also included and available upon request.
