The Soho Grand Hotel, located in New York City's most stylish and sophisticated downtown neighborhood, features exclusive New York City accommodations that offer more than just a good night's sleep. Inside the sleek facade on glamorous West Broadway, the eclectic designer decor and top-shelf staff make the Soho Grand as much a place to stay and relax as a prime destination to entertain and socialize. Think of impeccable service and decor, spacious rooms near the luxury boutiques of SoHo, and a chic full-service lounge and restaurant, and you've just about pictured the ultimate locale for nightlife, extended visits, and weekend New York getaways. The Soho Grand, owned and developed by Leonard and Emanuel Stern of Hartz Mountain Industries, opened in August 1996, the first hotel to arrive in SoHo in more than a century. Designed by architect David Helpern and interior designer William Sofield, the luxury boutique hotel was redefined the day we opened our door, right where it should be, in SoHo, New York City, of course.
Note Bene
Laurent Dufourg's chic Prive Salon completes the SoHo Grand Hotel's guest experience with luxurious beauty and relaxation. As a full-service salon that embraces the elements of the SoHo Grand, Prive offers ultra premium hair and beauty services.

Location Summary
The Soho Grand stands right in the pulse of downtown's richest, rawest, and most luxurious locations; an advantageous criss-cross of fashion, industry, culture, and nightlife. Bordered by Houston Street to the north, Canal Street to the south, Broadway and Lafayette Street to the east, and the Hudson River on the west, SoHo is an acronym for South of Houston, and an adjective for high style. In SoHo it is possible to get away while standing right in the center. Along beautiful cobble-stoned streets, cafes, clothing boutiques, jewelry stores, exceptional restaurants, art galleries, lounges, and nightclubs bring an intersection of life and luxury the latest fashions housed in the historic cast-iron buildings underneath glass-bottle sidewalks. The only thing that may be more attractive than the architecture may be the people wandering down the streets.
