The Palace offers three hotels in one. Located on floors 9 through 29, deluxe rooms in The Main House are beautifully furnished guest accommodations that feature large marble bathrooms and spacious seating areas. Located on floors 30 through 39, Executive Level rooms offer all of the comforts of our deluxe accommodations plus exclusive access to The Executive Lounge. Offering spectacular City Views from the 39th floor, The Lounge features five different food presentations throughout the day, including complimentary American buffet breakfast, afternoon snacks, and evening cocktails, cordials and hor d'oeuvres. "High comfort and a huge space. The room overlooked St. Patrick's Cathedral and the skyline of New York at night was fabulous. "Our stay at the Palace Hotel in NYC was exceptional from the moment the bellman opened our car door to the front desk check in to our beautiful room overlooking St. Patrick's Cathedral and the NY skyline. We were treated wonderfully - everyone was sincerely nice, and helpful and professional - a great blend. The room was spotless and nicely appointed and we had access to the Concierge Lounge. From a full course breakfast, to a full luncheon buffet to hot and cold appetizers and open bar, we almost didn't need to eat out. The staff there were also very pleasant and the food was great. This hotel has everything one would need for a delightful stay in the city. The location is perfect and the rooms are so quiet - a real treat given the noise level at most hotels. This hotel has earned its exceptional reputation and continues to delight and impress us."

Location Summary
Situated on Madison Avenue at 50th Street, this landmark hotel is within steps of Midtown Manhattan's prestigious business and shopping areas, and just a short walk from Central Park and Broadway's Theater District.

Directions to Hotel
From LaGuardia Airport: Take the Grand Central Parkway (Interstate 278) West. Exit onto the Triboro Bridge (pay toll). Bear to the left "Manhattan FDR South." Take the FDR South. Exit onto 49th Street. Follow 49th Street to 6th Avenue. Turn right on 6th Avenue. Turn right onto 50th Street. The New York Palace is located on 50th Street between Madison & Park Avenues.

From Newark International Airport- Go north on the New Jersey Turnpike (Interstate 95 North) to exit 16 E for the Lincoln Tunnel (pay toll). Follow directions into the Lincoln Tunnel (pay toll). Upon exiting the tunnel bear left for "Uptown" and proceed two blocks to 42nd street. Turn left onto 42nd Street. Turn right on 10th Avenue. Continue north to 50th Street, turn right onto 50th. Follow 50th Street cross-town traveling East to Madison Avenue. The New York Palace is located on 50th Street between Madison and Park Avenues.

From JFK International Airport- Follow the signs to New York City (Midtown Manhattan). Take the Van Wyck Expressway North to Grand Central Parkway West (towards Triboro Bridge). Exit to the Long Island Expressway (495 West) to the Queens Midtown Tunnel (pay toll). Upon exiting the tunnel bear right to 37th Street (uptown sign). Follow 37th Street to 3rd Ave. Turn right onto 3rd Ave to 51st Street and turn left onto 51st. The New York Palace is located on 51st Street between Park and Madison.

Child policies vary by hotel. Many hotels are able to provide a rollaway bed or crib, though there may be an extra fee. Such fees will not be included in the quoted rate.
