Stern, the hotel occupies the first 24 floors of an 82-story luxury residence tower.The hotel's luxurious guest rooms feature globally-inspired interiors by Yabu Pushelberg. Offering a residential-type feel, accommodations include large closets, plush beds, and electronic door messaging systems. There's also large bathrooms with soaking tubs, separate showers, and vanity mirrors with built-in TVs.CUT by Wolfgang Puck is located within the hotel, and features innovative cuisine including Japanese wagyu steak, fresh seafood, and in-room dining.The Four Seasons Spa has seven treatment rooms, including a couples' suite, plus an outdoor terrace and sundeck. There are a variety of full-service treatments, locker rooms, and a lounge.The Four Seasons New York Downtown has a 75-foot heated indoor lap pool and 24-hour fitness center. There's also a 3,000-square-foot ballroom with views of the Oculus and St. Peter’s Church.
