The Penthouse is a 1,100 square foot space encompassing the entire 24th floor with French doors opening on the terrace providing spectacular surrounding views of the New York City skyline. It features one and a half baths and a dining area that can seat up to 6 people. The suite is also equipped with two 32" High Definition LCD flat screen televisions. It is perfect for the luxury travel but also as a meeting or event space when available. The Loft and Boardroom Suite are also availble as Event Space.

Non-Smoking floors are available.

Recommended Rooms
All deluxe view rooms and Junior Suites are both nicely sized and provide views of Bryant Park. The Bryant Park Suites are the largest rooms and overlook Bryant Park.
Executive Retreat
Up to 70 people can be accomodated for a conference - the Penthouse Suite is also ideal for up to 6 people.

Take A Left Onto E. 39th Street. Right Onto 6th Avenue. Take A Right Onto 40th Street. Follow To 40 West 40th Street. From Laguardia Airport Grand Central Parkway To L.i.e. /midtown Tunnel/ To 37th Street Exit Towards 38-40 Streets. Take A Left Onto East 39th Street And Take A Right Onto 6th Avenue. Take A Right Onto 40th Street And Follow To 40 West 40th Street. From Newark International Airport Take The NJ Turnpike /North/ To Lincoln Tunnel. Exit 16e To I-495e.
