East Olmsted Road Continue Then South Highway 68 Turn Right West Highway 1 South Bear Left -- South Carmel Valley. Turn Left East Valley Greens Dr, Turn Right -- South Quail Lodge On Your Right. Directions From San Francisco International Airport via Highway 101, Driving Time: 2.5 Hours, Through Castroville Artichoke Capital Of The World And Gilroy Garlic Capital Of The World. Follow The Signs Out Of The Airport To Highway 101 Going Thru San Jose Palo Alto. Follow Highway 101 To Highway 156 And Continue On This To Highway 1 South. At Highway 1 Turn Left And Head South. You Will Go Through The City Of Carmel-by-the-Sea. Next Turn Left Onto Carmel Valley Road And The Quail Lodge Is Approximately 3 Miles Down On Your Right Hand Side.
