The Ranch at Rock Creek is a Luxury Guest Ranch situated on 660 acres; 10 square miles of property that includes Rock Creek for premier fly fishing. The Ranch at Rock Creek began as a mining claim in the 1800's. At the turn of the century the Ranch was homesteaded as a working cattle ranch. In 2007 Jim Manley purchased the property.
The property has 9 guest rooms in the Granite Lodge, 8 Canvas Cabins, and 9 Private Cabins/Log Homes. The rates are inclusive of activities and 3 meals a day as detailed in the rate terms.
A full range of activities include horseback riding: both trail rides and arena lessons, fly fishing: Rock Creek and trout ponds, shooting: sporting clays/shotgun, rifle & pistol, cowboy & skeet shooting, archery, mountain biking, hiking , paintball, Little Grizzlies Kid's Club , wildlife watching , stagecoach rides, horseshoes, outdoor swimming pool & hot tub , downhill skiing at Discovery Sky Area, cross-country skiing, ice fishing (upon availability), snowshoeing, ice skating, snowmobiling, Snowcat tours, sauna , and entertainment in the Silver Dollar Saloon such as bowling, billiards, shuffleboard, movie cinema & board games.
There is also the full service Granite Spa which features treatment rooms and amenities directed at soothing sore muscles and hydrating parched skin as well as a full range of hair services, manicures, and pedicures. The Mercantile carries a selection of clothing, boots and accessories you may find useful during your stay or as gifts.
