Merge onto FL-112 E/Airport Expy E toward I-95/Miami Beach/Ft Lauderdale (Portions toll). FL-112 E/Airport Expy E becomes I-195 E. I-195 E becomes W 41st St. Turn right onto Indian Creek Dr/FL-A1A. 8,300 square foot private event space accommodates up to 550 guests for banquets; 832 for receptions; 928 for theater seating; 528 for classroom set-ups and has its own dedicated entrance on Collins Avenue as well as a 3,200 square foot naturally lit pre-function space and 2,400 square foot private outdoor event terrace with an expansive ocean view.
Three flexible meeting studios with natural light range in size from 522 square feet to 754 square feet and can be combined to accommodate up to 120 guests for banquets; 190 for receptions; 117 for classroom set-ups and 136 guests for theater seating.
