Five Star Alliance Client Reviews - Madison Hotel
John P. Fall 2010
"Professional and friendly service from valet to check in wonderful. We had never been to Memphis. We were immediately put at ease with the security and friendly demeanor. Check in went better than expected as we were given an upgrade, bell service quick and helpful. Beautiful public areas, room clean and bathroom was larger than expected. Loved the turn down service, chocolate covered strawberries as well as a pink rose waiting our return. The Grill in the hotel was excellent. Wonderful food and service. Loved the roof top patio...just wish that the weather would have permitted longer use. If I return to Memphis, I would not stay any place but the Madison. Thank you for a great stay."
