The Grand Isla Navidad Resort can also host meetings and conventions for up to 400 participants. The hotel, with a Spanish/Mediterranean architecture and exquisite Mexican style accommodations, offers 199 spacious and luxurious rooms and suites, with amazing views including the marina, the lagoon, and the Pacific Ocean.

Three restaurants and three bars offer a wide variety of options to enjoy Mexican, international, and local dishes. There is a 27 hole championship golf course on site, spa, fitness center, tennis courts, water sport activities, and 3 pools. Wireless internet is provided in guestrooms and public areas.

Location Summary
Isla Navidad is located 30 minutes north from the Manzanillo International Airport, one hour from downtown Manzanillo. A short boat ride via water taxi will take you to the quaint village of Barra de Navidad.

Directions to Hotel
The flying time from Mexico City is 1.5 hours. From Manzanillo or the Airport: Take Highway 200 towards Barra de Navidad. You will pass by the University of Colima campus, the town of El Naranjo, and down the road you will drive by the towns of El Chavarin and Rio Marabasco. At this latter one you will find a bridge sign that reads Termina Colima, Bienvenidos a Jalisc. At the end of the bridge you will arrive to the town of Cihuatlan. Take the alternate route towards Barra de Navidad on the left. Exit this road after 2.6 miles and turn left. Continue on Road 200 for about 5 miles. On your left hand side you will see a huge Isla Navidad billboard located on top of a small hill. Turn left. A final three mile drive will get you through a short and very narrow bridge. Continue for another 2-3 minutes until you get to the Isla Navidad entrance archway.

Guests can ride four wheel motor bikes (ATV's) through natural reserves near Isla Navidad at the Rancho Pena Blanca.

Golfing

This championship course was designed by Robert von Hagge, who utilized the amazing natural landscape, the fresh water lagoons, and the long beach to design the course.

Guests can dive near the coastline in a wide variety of spots located minutes away from the resort. The team of expert divers from Nauti-Mar can suggest the dive tours according to experience and certification. Snorkeling also available.
Recommended Rooms
Grand Deluxe Rooms. These spacious and recently remodeled guest rooms are 550 square feet. They are located on the upper floors of the hotel allowing spectacular views of the marina, the mountains, or the bay from its balconies. Grand Delux Rooms feature one king or two double beds, flat screen TV, A/C and ceiling fan, minibar, and coffee maker. Bathrooms feature separate shower and tub, along with marble floors, hairdryer, facial mirror, and deluxe amenities.
