Asia De Cuba. With its innovative fusion menu, hot Latin beat and renowned Philippe Starck design, Asia de Cuba at Mondrian is one of Los Angeles' hottest restaurants. International restaurateur Jeffrey Chodorow brings his critically acclaimed nouveau Asian-Latino cuisine to the West Coast. Diners may choose to be served either indoors with its chic white-on-white interior, or on the sensuous patio which includes a stunning trellis area comprised of enormously overscaled terra cotta pots planted with ficus trees and flowering bougainvillea vines. Every Sunday and Monday night, Asia de Cuba features a four-course wine-paired tasting menu in addition to its regular menu. The ongoing tasting menu series marries hand-selected wines and varietals from notable wineries in Spain, France, Italy and the California costaline. Seabar: For those opting for a casual communal dining experience, Seabar serves innovative sushi, sake and specialty drinks nightly, offering 32 ringside seats. Located in the Mondrian's lobby, the dramatic 35-foot long Philippe Starck illuminated alabaster table is the ideal spot for a quick, informal bite, a casual drink, and non-stop people-watching.

The Skybar, an open air, ivy-covered pavilion perched above the Pool and Outdoor Living Room, has been one of Los Angeles' hottest nightspots from the day it opened. With its simple tin roof, rustic log beams and "schoolhouse" style wood furniture, it appears to almost float in the clouds, and boasts some of the finest views in all of Los Angeles.
