From Pasadena/Los Angeles: Take the I-10 E or I-210 E/San Bernardino to I-15 S/San Diego. Take CA-60 E/Riverside. Exit Market Street and Turn Right. Continue 1.3 miles and Turn Left on Mission Inn Avenue. Driving Time: 1 hour 30 minutes (in moderate traffic).

From Palm Springs: Follow CA-111 N to I-10 W. Continue on I-10 W. Take CA-60 W/Riverside to CA-91 W/Beach Cities. Take the Mission Inn Avenue Exit toward Downtown. Turn Right onto Mission Inn Avenue and proceed three blocks to The Mission Inn. Driving time: 1 hour.

From San Diego Take I-15 N to CA-91 E/Riverside. Exit University Avenue. Continue past University Ave one block to Mission Inn Ave. Turn Left onto Mission Inn Avenue and proceed three blocks to The Mission Inn. Driving Time: 1 hour 45 minutes.
