The Berkeley features the acclaimed, Michelin star rated Petrus. Marcus Wareing, the Crown Prince of British cooking, opened Petrus at its new location within The Berkeley in the autumn of 2003. The name of the restaurant comes from the famous Chateau in the Bordeaux wine region, which is renowned for producing some of the world's finest wines. The restaurant's setting provides the perfect stage for Marcus' theatrical cuisine. Rich with vivid colours, the interior is the work of designer David Collins who takes full advantage of the claret textures associated
with Petrus. The Boxwood Cafe combines the best traditions of service with a relaxed
