70 miles north of Roanoke on Route 220 and The Homestead is 170 miles west of Richmond in the Allegheny Mountains of southwestern Virginia. The resort is convenient to Staunton, Virginia and Charleston, West Virginia, and a comfortable and scenic drive from across the Midwest, East, and South. In addition, the resort is about 40 miles away from the historic Greenbrier Valley, West Virginia.
Directions to Hotel
17 miles from Bath County Airport for private and charter flights. American, US Airways, United, Northwest and Delta have direct flights from major cities to Roanoke Regional Airport, which is a 75-minute drive from the resort. Lewisburg, WV Airport, which is a 75 minute drive, has a limited service via US Airways, United and Delta. Shenandoah Valley Airport (Staunton, VA), which is a 90 minute drive, has service from US Airways and United. The AMTRAK station in Clifton Forge, located 18 miles from the resort, is serviced by the Cardinal route. Shuttle service will meet passengers at all the surrounding airports.
