"Decor and comfort of the room extremely pleasant and satisfactory. Beautiful view of the Rhone River from the room window. All of business area easy accessible from the hotel. Hotel internal architecture, restaurants furniture and flower decoration always first class. Concierge's attention to my personal needs, knowledge of languages, free access in the lobby to internet, always exceptional. Concierge very courteous, very attentive to my needs, capable to shift within different languages; good access from the lobby to internet services.
