The Colombi is situated on the outskirts of the picturesque old part of Freiburg, Germany as the perfect starting point for a stroll around the city or a day trip to the Black Forest, the Kaiserstuhl, the Markgraflerland or the Alsass, which is close by. All 112 non-smoking rooms and suites range from cozy single rooms to the luxurious Colombi Suite with magnificent views over Freiburg's Minster and the picturesque old town. The rooms are all individually furnished with sensitivity, charm and emotion.

Light, elegant stone pine (Zirbelholz) adorns the walls and ceilings in our charmingly furnished Zirbelstube restaurant. For more than three decades now, gourmets have appreciated the delights of the multiple award-winning restaurant. The chef Alfred Klink never fails to delight his guests with an endless array of wonderful creations, served at beautiful arranged tables. Since 1982 the restaurant is awarded with a Michelin star and since 2001 chef Alfred Klink has been one of the top 13 chefs in Germany .
