"Room was excellent with amenities of exceptionally high standard. Same cannot be said about view from the room. Hotel surrounding is not the best. Service was excellent. Very helpful staff. Restaurants were very good. Did not take part in other activities. Will recommend to any and everyone because of service. View from hotel is not the best but the view is not necessarily the plus for most hotels in Delhi."

"We had travelled for 20 hours and were really worried whether they would even be at the airport to pick us up. But they were! The hotel was great while the room fittings have perhaps become a little shabby with time the Taj more than made up for it with exceptional service. The service from all members of staff was exceptional. Check in was done in our room and took just a couple of minutes. The concierge went out of way to find some businesses addresses for us and also arranged the purchase and transportation of three hundred bars of soap. The doorman knew our room floor after two days."

"I felt that the staff was very solicitous of our needs and dealt with them in a professional manner. The breakfast buffet was fantastic - great variety and quality. I thought the rooms were well-appointed and clean and the bathrooms were large and nice. Laundry service was returned in starched white linen baskets with a rose on top! I enjoyed the breakfast buffet immensely. There was great variety, even for a vegetarian, from whole grain breads, tofu and vegetables, baked yogurt and muesli cups. The dining room was spacious with a view of the garden. The staff were very attentive. We enjoyed inviting friends to join us in such a lovely setting."
