J.Taylor's newly inspired menu showcases Contemporary American cuisine. McCabe continues the tradition of culinary excellence at J.Taylor's with his own sophisticated flair. Motivated by the beauty of food, McCabe consistently creates unique, flavorful and memorable dishes and delights in in such ambitious preparations as Pumpkin- Mascorpone Agnolotti with Poached Lobster, Brown Butter and Shaved Truffles, Molasses Seared Elk, Pacific Bouillabaisse with Clams, Mussels, Fin Fish and Langoustine in a Coconut-Lobster Broth. J.Taylor's is a casually elegant, romantic restaurant with a crackling fireplace, orchids, cathedral ceilings and French doors opening to an outside courtyard and patio dining area featuring decorative waterfalls and a lush herb garden. J.Taylor's is located at L'Auberge Del Mar Resort and Spa across from the Del Mar Plaza. Valet parking is complimentary for guest. J.Taylor's is open seven days a week and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Brunch is available weekends. All major credit cards accepted. Jacket and tie are not required. A private dining room is available for parties of up to 12 people. Hours of operation are from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm.
