"Our accommodations were fantastic. The hotel was recently renovated so, everything was new. The plasma TV was a total surprise. The room was small but perfect for us. There was not much of a view from our room. But, that made no difference since we were on the go the entire trip. The Conrad in Chicago is adjacent to an indoor mall which is very convenient. All of the staff were extremely professional and helpful. We were so impressed and could tell that service is a top priority. Great service makes a huge difference, and I am willing to pay more for it. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet at the hotel, and the extremely helpful concierge. I will definitely come again and have highly recommended the hotel."

"The room was excellent - very clean and in good decorative order. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bedding was lovely, especially the pillows. Hotel location was good. I did not particularly like the restaurant - it did not have any windows and so I think its location was a mistake - it lacked atmosphere."

"The hotel was fantastic, we had a lovely room on the 17th floor with a view of Michigan avenue. On arrival there was complimentary water and fruit in or room, the beds were turned down and there was robes and slippers ready for our arrival. The breakfast is lovely with the best coffee I have ever had. Christine the concierge was most polite and informative. Excellent Hotel."

"The room was great, and the accommodations were as described. We stayed at the Conrad in Chicago and requested a renovated room, which turned out to be a good idea because 2 floors were still not completed when we stayed. The hotel was in a great location, within walking distance to many shopping destinations. The service was excellent, the staff very friendly and helpful."

"It was an unexpected joy, the hotel was located perfectly for my needs, the rooms were well appointed, I felt very safe and the food was great. The one, and only one, problem I ran into was when I asked for a vodka straight up with ice on the side, I received vodka neat (warm) in a hi-ball glass. I sent it back for a martini glass, still received it warm. Had to go to the bar myself and explain what a straight up martini was. I would definitely stay here at my next visit."
