"The room was great and in a perfect location in Capetown. The food was great and the service exceptional. We did have a slight hiccup at check-in, in that they only had one of our two reservations. Thankfully, I had printed a copy of the confirmation so they honored our room. Otherwise, we would have been in a tight spot."
