One&Only Cape Town is situated at the heart of the city's working harbour within the charming Victoria & Alfred Waterfront. Cape Town itself is located at the foot of Table Mountain at the northern end of Africa's Cape Peninsula, where the Indian and Atlantic Oceans meet. Approximately 25 minutes (22 kilometres) from Cape Town International Airport; transfers available by taxi, limousine or helicopter.

Upon exiting the airport you continue towards the N2 and take the right turn off towards Cape Town.Travel along the N2 towards Cape Town when approaching Settlers Way keep to the right. Travel along Eastern Boulevard and keep to the right until you approach you first set of traffic light with Cape Town International Convention Centre on your left. Turn right at the traffic lights Coen Steytler and proceed straight over the next set of traffic lights into the Victoria and Alfred Waterfront. At the first round-about keep left and then proceed towards another round-about.At this round-about proceed straight and follow the road until it bends to the right and then turn right into the One and Only Cape Town.
