"Overall, the Bath Spa was disappointing. We were given a room at the back, overlooking the roof of the spa rooms and with the air conditioning units very near the window. The decor was okay, though a little shabby in places. On the plus side, the location was excellent with only a short walk into the middle of Bath or out along the canal towards Bathhampton. I would have to say, though, that the Bath Spa is not as good as some 4 star hotels I've stayed in other countries and for this reason it's overpriced."

"The bath spa lived up to it's usual high standards throughout our stay. The staff take care of your every need and then some. The rooms are suburb and the food is excellent. The bar manager was exceptional with his vast knowledge of the wines and spirits. The only disappointment was the closure of the spa facilities for upgrading during our stay as these are some of the best in the UK."
