"The hotel is really unique. My room was perfect. It was a pleasure to go to the bathroom. Everything was in it. My bed was perfect. I slept on the 27th floor and I loved to sit for the window looking out over the sea and at the other side over Barcelona. The decoration you used in the hotel is really wonderful. I even made pictures of it. Your service and your really kind employees made my weekend in your hotel really great."

"Beautiful hotel. Very cosmopolitan. Located by the water in Barcelona, close enough to the action, yet removed. Amazing spa, one of the best massages I've ever had (and I get a lot of them). Very inviting pool and beautiful grounds. The rooms were a luxurious, albeit a bit dated for a 'Ritz Carlton' property. Service in the restaurants and bars could've been a bit better. All in all, I highly recommend Hotel Arts and would return. Thanks for a great experience. The spa was exceptional. Great view! Beautiful 'common' areas with fresh flowers everywhere! Very friendly staff!"

"Our hotel in Barcelona was exceptionally beautiful. The room was huge and beautifully decorated with every comfort you could ask for. The view of the sea was dramatic and spectacular. The spa was elegant and the treatments were unique and extremely pleasurable. The food was truly delicious. It was hard to leave the hotel to tour Barcelona. The best thing about the Hotel Arts was the staff. I lost a pair of sunglasses at the hotel. When I returned home I found two phone messages from Benoit and he reimbursed me for the cost of the sunglasses! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone."

We paid for a standard room, received an upgrade through the website to a junior suite and then upon arrival were upgraded to the best suite in the hotel, stunning. The Hotel is 'The' place to stay in Barcelona, all public areas are top drawer and the rooms are stunning."
