"Fantastic hotel, great service. Highly recommend palace club although slightly more expensive, breakfast is a much nicer experience and also there is afternoon tea which is lovely. Cocktails are served for two hours in the evening, staff are very friendly and always remember you. Raja Balinese Restaurant is super, highly recommend it. Again slightly more expensive but worth it. Chess Bar is fine for lunch by the side of the pool. Rooms in palace club are fantastic and large, very well appointed. "
