"The hotel was exceptional. The views of the Taj Mahal from not only the lobby but also the room were spectacular. The service was excellent and attentive. The only glitch we had was checking out. We were told checking in that our bill could be split in half and that would be no problem. When we checked out it was not possible and the person behind the counter didn't seem to care and took the 'tough luck' kind of attitude. It was too bad as it was the ending impression we left with which was not reflective of our visit at all."
