According to the press release titled the "Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas to Ring in the New Year in Grand Style With Complete Guestroom Renovation", the Four Seasons Hotel in Las Vegas, one of the best hotels in Vegas, will offer a complete renovation of all 424 guest rooms and suites and be completed by December 17, 2012.

Four Seasons Vegas guest rooms and suites are located on floors 35 – 39 of the Mandalay Bay tower and the new deisgns are inspired in part by the vibrant Art Deco period, offering sweeping views of the world-famous Las Vegas Boulevard or the surrounding desert landscape through floor-to ceiling windows. The new rooms will feature classic yet modern, contemporary style interiors and an innovative design scheme that is simultaneously stylish, comfortable and functional.

Additional design highlights include:

1. A multi-media hub on all televisions as well as convenience outlets in lamp bases allow easy charging of multiple personal media devices and the enjoyment of music, films, entertainment and games
2. A generously proportioned desk and an ergonomic chair highlight each work space
3. Sofas with pull-out sleepers in all suites
4. Signature Four Seasons bedding ensures comfort
5. Backlit mirrors increase ambient and task lighting in all bathrooms while suite bathrooms feature integrated television screens
6. Custom designed faucet sets and bath hardware and the use of frameless glass shower enclosures in polished chrome create a sleek look throughout the bath
7. Classic marble flooring and vanity tops reflect timeless sophistication
