Hot Restaurants in Hong Kong: Sing Yin at the W Hotel

Since it opened at the end of 2010, Sing Yin has been getting rave reviews in Hong Kong for its authentic Cantonese cuisine and stylish interiors. Hong Kong architect Steve Leung-- who's renowned the world over-- created the interiors for the restaurant at the W Hotel Hong Kong. Inside you'll find a melange of old and new in a true celebration of Hong Kong: murals of city street scenes, LCD fish tanks projected on the walls, and ancient Chinese artifacts. Highlights on the menu? Seafood, and the all-you-can-eat Dim Sum, featuring a wide variety of items like the Steamed Minced Pork with Crabmeat Dumpling. The delicious menu was created by Chef Bryan Lee, who's dazzled diners in restaurants all across China. Located on the first floor of the W Hotel Hong Kong. Open from 11:30 am- 3 pm and 6 pm -11 pm.
