National Chicken Month is almost upon us, and the Four Seasons Chicago is celebrating this joyous occasion with an All-You-Can-Eat extravaganza! Executive Chef Kevin Hickey is bringing back the popular all-you-can-eat fried chicken lunch and dinner menu to Allium Restaurant each Thursday in September. Formerly at the Four Seasons Atlanta, Kevin Hickey certainly brings the southern flavor and hospitality to the Windy City. The menu features a wedge salad with candied pecans, Tomme de Nena cheese, a basket of all-you-can-eat buttermilk fried chicken, corn on the cob, mashed potatoes, and gravy and biscuits, all served family style. The dessert is Pastry Chef Scott Gerken’s peach pie with blueberry ice cream. (Can you say YUM?) Enjoy this incredible menu for $38 per person for either lunch or dinner each Thursday in September at Allium.
