Hot Dining in Lausanne: New Sushi Bar at the Beau-Rivage Palace

The award-winning Beau-Rivage Palace knows a thing or two about gastronomy. As described by Travel and Leisure, the hotel is "considered by many to be the finest hotel in Switzerland" and Coco Chanel herself lived in one of the 29 suites.
