Dine in Luxury at Hermitage Bay Antigua

Hermitage Bay AntiguaAs if the spectacular views, warm ocean breezes, comfy cottage suites, and an abundance of TLC weren't enough, the menu at Antigua's Hermitage Bay will have you looking to extend your stay. Start your morning off with local grown Antiguan fruit salad, or Antiguan cinnamon toast with cavalier and honey roasted black pineapples. The more adventurous might want to try the Caribbean salt fish with fried plantains. Then go for a leisurely swim, loll on the beach with a book or go for a sail, and then you'll be ready for lunch. Tuck into Wadadli battered mahi-mahi goujons, Hermitage Bay butter poached tuna salad or lemon pepper chicken with cous cous salad. Then, luxuriate in a Sugar and Spice Body Treatment at the Spa, or maybe just head back to the beach or for a nap in your cottage suite.

For dinner, indulge in one of Hermitage Bay's signature cocktails, like the Hermitage Breeze (a simple but potent mix of guava, lime and sake), and have dinner in the beachside restaurant. Start off with some Caribbean spiced pumpkin soup, and then dine on crab and shrimp and avocado creme fraiche, and finish the gastronomic day of treats off with pear and white chocolate spring rolls.
