Directions to Hotel
By car from Malpensa Airport (MXP), 50 miles: Exit the Airport following USCITA Signs and follow Green Signs for Milano, which takes you onto initial Highway that you will stay on for about 14 kms. At the end of this highway get onto the A8 Highway in direction MILANO - Stay on A8 Highway until you exit for A9 HIGHWAY in Direction of Como and Chiasso. Following the Road Toll (where you have to pay monies) exit the highway at COMO SUD. Follow the signs to CENTRO and then once in Como Center follow indication for Bellagio - this takes you to the SS 583 which will run along the lake (the lake will be on your left hand side). Follow this narrow curvy road for about 30 mins until you come to the sign for Lezzeno : you will pass the Crotto del Misto Hotel/Restaurant that is on your left side. Continue for approx. 1.5 kms until you enter the Località of Pescaù. Then turn left about 50 meters BEFORE the Hotel Helvetia and follow the road down to the Car Park (it is signed for car park, Palazzo del Vice Re, Pescaù and Chiesa di San Giuseppe). Park your car here and call the Palazzo on 031 914628 or 380 6866887. Assistance will arrive immediately (note the Palazzo is just 100 meters from the Car Park but you cannot actually see if from the Car Park) for your luggage and to escort you to the Palazzo.

By car from Linate Airport (LIN), 43 miles: Exit the Airport and follow signs for MILANO, this takes you onto wide four lane avenue. Keep in the right lane and exit this road after approx. one mile for Tangenziale Est - Venezia - Vimercate - Lecco: this takes you onto the Tangenziale Est (ring road around Milano). Follow indication always for Venezia and Vimercate - at the road toll - pay cash and follow indication for LECCO - continue on highway straight until it becomes a normal main road. Continue along this road straight following signs for Lecco. Do not cross the river or lake into Lecco - both river and lake should remain on your right-hand side. When you arrive at Lecco - do not cross bridge into Lecco - go straight across roundabout (rotary) taking second exit for Bellagio. For Signs for road to Bellagio - this road along the lakeside which can be a little narrow and curvy in some parts - on arrival down in Bellagio you will be directed to the left onto Via Domenico Vitale (there is a bank on one corner and petrol station on the other). Follow this road to the end, at the stop sign turn left for Como and follow Como Direction for approximately 10 kms, once in the town of Lezzeno you will pass the Hotel Aurora, then the main church and the Pharmacy, continue along this road until you pass the Hotel Helvetia. Approximately 100 meters AFTER the Hotel Helvetia you need to turn right and follow the road down to the Car Park (it is signed for car park, Palazzo del Vice Re, Pescaù and Chiesa di San Giuseppe). Park your car here and call the Palazzo on 031 914628 or 380 6866887.
