According to Bon Appetit, they also enoy cookies baked right on the beach. A solar oven set directly on the beach does the honors, and takes only 15 minutes to heat up to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. It can also be used to cook pizza. 

That might be the best use of solar power we've heard of in a long time.
