The beloved Abraham Lincoln has had quite a year. Between vampire-slaying and being channelled by Daniel Day-Lewis, the tall quiet man who was the 16th U.S. President must be exhausted. Or at least, he would be if he weren't already dead. But his year is not over! Le Parker Meridien is featuring an edible Abraham Lincoln as part of its City Harvest gingerbread display.
Created by Patti Paige of Baked Ideas, the 3-foot scupture is 100% edible and is made from Rice Krispie treats, chocolate, fondant, icing, cookies and peppermint sticks.
