One-fifth of a mile lon g (900 feet), with 1,200 nozzles, 4,500 lights and a $40 million price tag, the Bellagio fountain show is the best free attraction in the city. Set on a replica of Lake Como, it's hard to believe you are in the center of the desert. This show runs every 15 or 30 minutes (depending upon the day) or not at all if there are winds. While it runs day and night, it is best appreciated in the evening when you can witness the accompanying lights.
