"I cannot say enough about this hotel. It was a wonderful experience. The entire staff was great. Victor and the wait staff in the dining room did everything a guest could ask for and more. The concierge (Kevin and Chris I believe) were extremely helpful and their recommendations were on point. The location of the hotel speaks for itself. Overall, could not have asked for better."

"The best hotel experience ever! Washington, DC is a great city, but the Hay-Adams made it extra special. The staff was so attentive and warm, something you seldom find in Luxury Hotels with over the top clientele. At the Hay-Adams, whether you are a big celebrity, or an important politician or just a simple working class guest, they treat everyone with utmost importance. Did I mention, the hotel is beautiful & the food is amazing? The staff in the dining floor is so amazing we even took pictures with them. We would absolutely come back to this hotel over & over again. I highly recommend this hotel & yes 3 nights at the Hay-Adams is too short."

"The Hay Adams Hotel in Washington, DC is fabulous. The rooms are lovely, comfy, and top drawer. The staff is friendly, helpful and courteous. The restaurants are wonderful and even had some organic items which we prefer. The wait staff is superlative, friendly and efficient. We cannot wait to go back. And of course the location is the best in Washington! It is a five star experience. Thank you!"

"Hotel was excellent and was in a perfect location with views of the White House from the more expensive rooms and the roof terrace. The room was as expected. Great breakfasts, although waiters were a little abrupt but restaurant manager was first class. All other services in the hotel were as expected. When I had a complaint regarding an item of laundry that came back damaged, they reimbursed me the full GBP value and were extremely apologetic. The only draw back is the bar in a kind of basement, which is a bit dingy, but overall a great stay. Also, the presence of three Secret Service agents on our floor was both reassuring and disturbing - if you know what I mean!"

"We were a guest at the Hay-Adams and we were there for 4 nights. I am so glad we booked thru Five-Star Alliance it was everything they said it would be. We received star treatment. What a hotel! Breathtaking views of the White House. Great dinning, excellent location. We were even invited to use the house car when available to meet our engagement while in town.
