LUCE (the Italian word for light) is a beautiful 60 seat dining room with an intimate lounge and bar. Executive chef Guy Rubino takes you on a culinary tour of Italy,which features a unique regional Italian menu and wine list. Chef Rubino brings traditional rustic recipes to new heights with truly great flavours and a modern artistic presentation. Guests can order off of the a la carte menu, or sample a variety of dishes by ordering the chef's tasting menu.
