Each villa here in beautiful Playa del Carmen features over 1000 square feet of secluded space, an outdoor terrace replete with chaise lounge, dining table, handmade crochet hammock and outdoor shower. Indoor, separate bathrooms are spacious and equipped with a standing shower, his-and-hers separate sinks and generous closets. All beds feature Egyptian cotton sheets, duvet covers and glorious down pillows.
Fine Dining on Site
Azul, the fine poetry of dining in Playa del Carmen, specializes in Mediterranean, Mexican and Mayan cuisines. The chef will also prepare special dishes on request.
The Grill at the Pool features a fresh light menu from the grill. Among some of the award-winning dishes are the ceviches served martini style.
An outdoor ancient Maya kitchen made of wooden branches with a palapa roof is available for private dining events and Maya cooking classes for a minimum party of eight. Guests learn the native cooking methods whereby meats or seafood are simmered in banana leaves deep below the earth.
Guests can also choose to dine anywhere, anytime ... on the beach, poolside, or in the privacy of one's villa. All breads and pastries are made at the resort.
